Sr. Supply Chain Analyst needed w/Master’s degree or Foreign Equivalent in Engineering Management or Supply Chain Management or Operations Management and six (6) months experience as Sr. Supply Chain Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst performing following job duties:

  • Create reports tracking inventory valuation, purchasing receipts, cost of goods sold, in-transit inventory by developing tools, resources and support to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
  • Create reports to assist Sales with tracking vendor contracts, costs and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements through tracking of KPI’s with the help of ERP system Great Plains Microsoft Dynamics.  
  • Configure applications and implement new software features within ERP and project management systems.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and create purchase plans to fulfill customer’s needs using Microsoft planner and develop a risk register to identify root causes and corrective actions for project deviations.
  • Work with QA and suppliers to identify and obtain necessary documentation when onboarding new customers.
  • Develop and implement vendor supply chain SOPs/policies within the team to improve costs, organization, compliance, processes and efficiency by challenging the status quo and identifying and executing continuous process improvement.
  • Receive Purchase Orders into GP platform and develop and keep a cost of goods control system by timely and accurately allocating all costs and landed costs to inventory by product to ensure the company has correct inventory valuation and timely disclosure of profit and loss.
  • Support Supply Chain Lead and Director of Operations to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings by acting proactively and as a change agent. Design the best logistics methodology for the project.
